Keeping momentum is more important than reaching top speeds.
Car 0 is the most balanced car.
Car 1 is the best for beginners, it recovers fast from crashes and a smaller top speed makes it easier to play.
Car 2 is all about the overtime and mastering gliding, he is the worst car until the time is over. Find space to glide and try not to crash right before gliding.
Car 3 is difficult to handle, but recovers fast from crashes and is perfect after checkpoints, allowing you to be bolder.
Try the different parallax modes and what works best for you (D pad before start).
Try dark mode and see how well it works on your TV and your eyes (At any time, BW switch).
Before the checkpoint, try to accelerate to cross it with high speed and take advantage of the checkpoint invincibility (+- 4.5 seconds), but if you feel unsafe, it is better not to crash.
On random traffic intensity modes, more traffic makes the game easier, since it only affects the checkpoint times.
Mastering gliding takes time, but is essential for high scores. Try to find open spaces and get some speed, but watch out not to crash right before it.

The plus cart version of the game supports online score submission (and is amazing!!!!).
This game is easy to pick up and play, but hard to master. But once you do, it is very rewarding (at least for me that created it :) )
Mastering brakes is very important! The breaks are tuned to be stronger at high speeds, and less on low speeds, giving a more fine tuned control.
Accelerating and braking at the same time breaks with less intensity. This is perfect when you are stuck in traffic and want some fine grained control of your speed.
You cannot crash on the sides!
If you cannot read the QR code, try dark mode with its reversed colors.
The statistics screen gives you some details that can help you improve your gameplay.
The game select switch will make the score stop flickering, alternating the side every +- 4.5 seconds. Useful for screenshots.
Find your rhythm, push harder once you get comfortable.
If you crash, consider pulling the car to the right while invincible. It might not be enough time to regain speed on the faster lanes.
If you are stuck in traffic, try to match the speed of the faster lane and wait for a proper opening.
Patience is key in this game. Wait for the correct moments to overtake.
High speed difference in lanes makes the game harder, since overtake openings appear and disappear much faster.
Select the options you want, and it will calculate the correct game mode (Use game select while the game is not running to change the mode):

Cycle Levels: The game will start at the level defined by the difficulty switches and change every checkpoint. | Fixed Level: The game will start at the level defined by the difficulty switches and not change. |
Constant Traffic Pattern: Every time the game starts, the same pattern of cars is used. This gives you a full consistent experience and allows memorization to some extent. | Random Traffic Pattern: Every time the game starts, a different pattern of cars is used. This removes the memorization factor and gives a slightly different experience every time. |
Default Speed Difference (Lines): The speed difference between traffic lines is balanced. | High Speed Difference (Lanes): The speed difference between traffic lines is high. This makes the game harder, overtake windows are shorter and changing lines is more difficult. |
Predefined Traffic Intensity: Each level has it predefined, taylor made traffic intensity. | Random Traffic Intensity: The traffic intensity varies randomly at every checkpoint. This makes every play session to vary widely and is not suitable for competitive play. It does not affect each level checkpoint time. |
